![]() ![]() When I looked down, my nail technicians nails were filthy! Dirt and who knows what else caked underneath his nails. (It's a burning sensation because of the nerves in your fingers). Next, the man that did my nails used the electric file to remove my gel polish, but in the tops of my fingers from the speed of the file. The man was biting down on a pencil and groaning in pain while she cut his assumedly ingrown nail. The nail salon should've turned him away but did not. He must've had an ingrown toenail and asked for the nail technician to remove it. There were three ladies getting pedicures and they seemed to be enjoying their experience. It was around 7pm on President's Day (Monday). ![]() I was wary because of the Yelp reviews but she suggested I go at on "off time" when they weren't so busy for better service. I went here two weeks ago as a friend recommended it. The staff clearly didn't want my business because they all ignored me as I left. I was told that was okay, and then as soon as my son started climbing up into the chair with me, the person who was going to do my pedicure started having a fit.I was treated in such an inhospitable way, I said "Forget it" and left without getting anything done. I noticed a little girl sitting with her Mom getting a pedicure and asked if my younger one could sit with me. My older son just wanted to stand and watch the fish in the tanks near the entrance, and I was told that was fine. They were not that busy, so someone pointed at the place I was to sit to get my feet done.I had my 2 kids with me, and they were well behaved. I walked in and was NOT greeted or acknowledged at all After standing there a few minutes, I spoke up and said I wanted a pedicure. I happened to be in the area and had a long day, so I figured it might not be a bad idea to treat myself with a pedicure. I'm a Yoga instructor, so I'm barefoot a lot and try to keep my feet well groomed. They did give me a refund but that doesn't really make up for giving me a serious infection in both feet !! Read Less Update on my review!!! I went to the doctors today and was diagnosed with cellulitis after getting a pedicure here! If you do not want staph infection then DO NOT go here. Sucks I paid for this and even tipped her well because I know it's a tough job but c'mon this should not be an issue. Well I was wrong I am highly disappointed and now stuck with infected toes. I've had many pedicures before so I didn't think I had anything to worry about. Not sure if she even used clean utensils at this point. Well here I am the next day and my toes are red, swollen, cut open, and green puss is coming out of them. The lady cut open the cuticle on my big toes and it was so painful I could barely sit still !! I thought oh maybe I just had ingrown nails and she was trying to fix them. I've been here once a long time ago so I thought why not go back right ? Worst experience ever. ![]()
